My whole business psychology, my whole mind has changed. It was an eye opener, so the last four and a half years, we’ve just been learning, growing, learning, growing. But I will say it changed our business, almost turned it around. Absolutely.
We’ve grown threefold in the four and a half years, so we were at 3 million and we’re now at nine million.
Well, when I first came across Nigel, I actually didn’t believe it. I actually sent one of my colleagues to the O2 to see Nigel. I wasn’t being pretentious, I just didn’t have the time. And he came back and she came back and said, “You’ve got to get to see it, so go,” which took me to the Master Plan. And again, you don’t believe these things until you see it. But Nigel’s credible, he’s honest, he’s open, and I love that, and I keep learning. And you never implement everything you should do, which is why you come back time and time again.
There’s different flavours of Entrepreneurs Circle, so I’ve done the Mastermind and got something out of the Mastermind. I do like the regular contact through the circulars, I do like the events. I do think the events… Actually, if there’s one thing I enjoy, it’s the events, the big events. I get something out of it every time. I bring some of the team with me to the events, that helps them grow, so the one thing I’ve enjoyed immensely has been the big day events.
