Everything really. I didn’t used to know how to market, and now I do. The turnover has gone up, and the profitability has gone up. Yes, but it was a new business anyway, so it was a new venture. So it’s gone up, but the leads we get, one in four of the people who we quote, we win. And we just got really good relationships with our customers, which is what it’s all about. I love the national events. I love the guest speakers. I loved listening tonight, and I love you guys, because everybody’s really, really supportive.
