I think structure has changed more. I think it’s certainly given a framework for me to work around and also a level of responsibility as well. When you work on your own, essentially you are your own boss, which is the best thing and the worst thing at the same time. So, by being at the EC, we’ve got to meet like-minded people that are going through the same problems that we have and it’s interesting to see that, although we are in a diverse group of people with different businesses, there’s lots of similarities that sit there. So, there’s a lot of familiarity and comfort that you gain from that.

Just the responsibility, certainly at this level of being accountable for the things that you say that you’re going to have to do and carry on doing them, whereas in your day-to-day business, you can let some of that stuff slide. Whereas here you’re held accountable, which I think is good and to be honest with you, I can’t actually remember how I, where I registered or how I actually got the email, but I thought, well, I am now looking for some support, some help, I want to take my business to the next level and I want to find out stuff that I don’t know I don’t know. Yeah, and that’s where I got to and I’ve carried on coming ever since. So, these sessions are very good at getting you to think in different directions and then going back and getting some help to implement.

My favourite thing about the entrepreneurs circle. Ooh, well, there’s lots really. I think the implementation plans are really good. You put me onto one which was to do with Facebook. I think they’re quite clear and usable, certainly where we are at now that we’ve got full access to them.
