1. Costs/Payments

How much does it cost?

Subscriptions for GenieAI are significantly cheaper for EC members.

EC Members:
£129 +VAT per month
or you can save with an Annual subscription of £1,449 +VAT per year.

Unlike most other systems - where your bill increases as your business grows - GenieAI gives you UNLIMITED domains, websites, emails, texts, funnels, hosting, automations AND upto 10 seats/staff members.

Your subscription also includes £30 per month of ‘usage’ which means that for the vast majority of businesses there’ll be nothing more to pay.

Non-EC Members:
£299 +VAT per month
or £3,449 +VAT per year.

Only EC members get the £30 per month ‘usage’ credits.

Your subscription will commence on the day you sign-up and will continue until cancelled by you. You’ll be billed automatically each month or year (depending on which subscription you choose) unless or until you cancel.

What other costs are there?

For most businesses the answer is ‘None’.

If you want to use the SMS texting features or the outbound calling feature then you will need to purchase a dedicated phone number from LeadConnector. The cost of these do vary but they start from as little as $1/month. You will purchase them within the GenieAI system once you come on board.

(LeadConnector is responsible for all the phone number, call and SMS services in GenieAI)

Apart from that, for most businesses, there will be no other costs.

If you are a reasonably large business that exceeds the generous inclusive usage allowance each month then you will have to pay Usage fees but these are not onerous. In truth they’re tiny. Full details are given in the Usage Costs question 1.4

Do I have to pay extra depending on how many contacts I have in the system?

No.

We know this is how most CRM-type systems charge but we think it is fundamentally unfair so your GenieAI subscription will be the same whether you have 100 or 100,000 contacts.

You may, however, be charged additional sums based on your USAGE of the system although we expect the standard subscription to include enough ‘usage’ for the vast majority of customers.

What are the usage costs in addition to the monthly subscription?

For the vast majority of businesses there’ll be no additional usage costs.

You’ll only pay usage fees if you are a reasonably large business that exceeds your inclusive usage allowance each month. Even in this scenario, the amounts involved are tiny.

The Usage Tariff is set out below but your subscription already INCLUDES up to £30 of usage every month which means that the following are INCLUDED in EC Members subscription:

  • 1,786 minutes of Outbound calls each month, or
  • 2,941 minutes of Inbound calls each month, or
  • 1,000 text messages, or
  • 37,037 emails, or
  • 10,000 email verifications, or
  • 2,500 premium action triggers, or
  • 278,000 words of AI output, or
  • 833 AI workflows, or
  • 500 AI-generated conversational messages, or
  • any combination of the above.

Your subscription INCLUDES up to £30 of usage every month.

The Usage Tariff is:

* = When you get AI to write emails, web pages etc for you
** = When you use ChatGPT to answer questions or solve problems within a campaign, say
*** = When you get AI to reply to inbound messages for you

So, for instance, if, in any month, you send 400 text messages and 20,000 emails you won't be charged anything other than your £129 subscription because 400 texts plus 20,000 emails cost less than £30 and so are included in your subscription. You only pay additional fees when your usage goes above £30 in any single month.

So, if a business sends, say 750 text messages and 35,000 emails in a month their combined usage costs would be £50.85 and so they would be billed an extra £20.85 that month for their usage overages (i.e £50.85 less £30 inclusive allowance)

Your monthly inclusive usage does not roll over from month to month.

Non-EC Members don’t receive any usage credits each month.

The Text Tariff includes the October 2023 UPDATE and is based on one, 160 character text message.

Is there a set-up fee?

Yes. There is a one-off £99 set up fee.

What’s the Onboarding Service?

The Onboarding service will be available to new GenieAI users in 2024. There will be a small fee to use the Onboarding Service.

Is there a contract or notice period?

No. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will end 30 days after your last subscription payment was received.

Do I have to be a member of Entrepreneurs Circle to access GenieAI?

No - but it’s much better for you, financially, if you are!

EC members only pay £129 +VAT per month for GenieAI and that includes £30 of usage fees.

Non-members must pay £299+VAT for GenieAI and no usage fees are included.

What happens if I leave EC? Can I keep my GenieAI subscription?

You will be able to keep your GenieAI subscription if you cancel your EC membership, but your subscription will move, automatically, to the non-member price i.e. £299+VAT per month for the service.

Is there a free trial available?

No.

What platforms and services can GenieAI replace?

If you’re using any marketing software in your business right now there’s a good chance that GenieAI can replace it - cheaper and with more features, all in one place!

Obviously, it’s up to individual business owners to decide what services to cancel but GenieAI has been designed as an all-in-one solution which eliminates the need for many software applications, including all of the following:

  • CRM
  • Email marketing
  • Pipeline management software
  • Sales funnel building software
  • Website building tools
  • Surveys and form creators
  • 2-way SMS marketing
  • Calendar bookings and appointments
  • Course membership software and hosting
  • Call and analytics tracking

We expect, for many businesses, they’ll save way more in monthly subscriptions than GenieAI will cost them so you’ll not only have what we believe is the best platform anywhere in the world, but your costs will go down.

What are the terms and conditions?

We expect to launch an Affiliate Programme later in 2024. Keep your eyes peeled!

2. Functionality

Is there a limit on the number of emails or texts I can send?

No – your usage is unlimited.

What is email deliverability like when sent via GenieAI?

You can expect email deliverability to be similar to that which you experience with any other CRM or email tool

There are a lot of factors that influence whether an email makes it to the recipient's inbox – or not. In general, mailbox providers are trying to determine three things:

  • Is the message safe?
  • Is the message wanted by most Subscribers?
  • Is the message wanted by this particular Subscriber?

If the answer to all three questions is yes, the message belongs in the inbox. But if it believes any of the answers above are no, then your message will likely end up in the spam folder, but this is neither more nor less likely to happen with GenieAI than it is with any other email or CRM tool.

What can I do on the mobile app?

You will be able to access multiple features via the mobile app. Such as your ongoing conversations with prospects and clients, your calendar and to-do lists, high-level dashboard analytics, raise invoices, request reviews, check your pipeline and much more.

Is GenieAI a separate login from the Vault?

Yes. You will have a separate login. GenieAI is built on a completely different platform from the EC Vault.

How are the text messages sent?

Text messages are sent through Lead Connector. In order to fully use the SMS functionality, you will need to purchase a Lead Connector phone number which start at just $1 per month. You can do this within GenieAI once you come onboard.

Can I integrate WhatsApp with GenieAI?

Yes! At the moment there is an additional fee of £29.99 per month for this connection. But we're hoping to reduce that in the near future.

Can you embed videos?

Yes. Videos can be added to the landing pages and funnels created in GenieAI. You can do so by either hosting a video up to 4GB in the system (there’s no charge – you have unlimited video hosting) or through a view link for any of the following video hosting sites:

  • Wistia
  • YouTube
  • Vimeo

What are the limits on video hosting?

The maximum size for any single video is 4GB (to put in context, that’s about the same as a DVD disc) but you can host as many as you need, subject only to ‘reasonable use’.

What platform is GenieAI built on?

To ensure resilience and security we have built GenieAI on the GoHighLevel platform which has millions of users across the globe and the infrastructure needed for a system like this. We have added significant amounts of ‘tailoring’ and lots of bespoke EC content and workflows to make GenieAI unique and, we believe, the best, most complete marketing system in the world for businesses.

Are emails mobile-friendly?

Yes, emails are mobile-friendly. If you decide to use HTML emails and email templates, you have the option to view these in a mobile view to ensure they are optimised and make amendments. Plain text emails are automatically mobile-friendly, provided any images are not too large.

Does GenieAI offer an analytics/stats dashboard?

You bet! We believe it’s the most user-friendly, easy-to-use Dashboard available anywhere and it gives you up-to-the-minute information on everything you need to know with your marketing, from lead gen to conversion, to lead source, to pipeline and more. It’s very cool.

Does Google Analytics connect to GenieAI?

Yes. GenieAI is all set up to work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - the latest version of the Google Analytics platform – that provides a more advanced and comprehensive view of user behaviour across different platforms and devices. It offers cross-device tracking, machine learning-powered insights, and enhanced event-tracking capabilities.

GenieAI users can now easily use GA4 tracking with their GenieAI accounts. This will allow you to track and analyse user behaviour and engagement across different channels, including your website, mobile app, and social media platforms.

Can it create To Do lists?

Yes. The ‘Task List’ feature in GenieAI allows you and/or your team to keep track of any manual tasks that are required from your campaigns and automations. For instance, it will tell you who you should be calling today as part of your follow up...

What is an ‘Omnichannel Inbox’?

Your inbox in GenieAI receives ALL your messages from ALL of your lead sources – that’s why we call it ‘Omnichannel’.

What that means is when your customers or prospects contact you through Facebook Messenger, say, or your Google Business Profile, or via text message or email or they DM you thru Instagram, ALL those messages go to the same place – your GenieAI inbox – so it’s much easier for you to see and manage and respond. Omnichannel, see!

3. Users and Accounts

How many team members, staff or other users can I have on my account?

Your first 10 (TEN!) users are included in your core subscription.

We think it’s wrong that other systems charge you extra for every member of your team that has a login because there are fundamentally no additional costs for extra staff members which is why you can have up to 10 users all included with GenieAI.

Talk to us if you need more than 10 users.

Can I add my staff or virtual assistant?

Yes. You get 10 individual logins included as part of your subscription

Can I limit what my team members can access?

As the account holder, you will be able to control the permission levels of each of your users. So you can tailor access to your system based on individual roles and requirements.

Can my staff share a login or do they need their own?

It’s much better for you that every team member has their own login – and you get TEN user logins included as part of your subscription so we recommend that you use them and give each person their own login.

The benefit to you of doing that is that everything is tracked back to an individual – so if someone makes a change you’ll be able to see who did it.

How much does it cost for additional seats (for staff)?

Your first TEN seats (or users) are included as part of your subscription.

If you need more than 10 seats, please talk to us.

Can I have two different businesses in a single account?

No – not normally. Each GenieAI account is designed for a single business.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes – if you have multiple businesses – or brands – you’ll probably want to have a GenieAI account for them both. It will make your life much easier!

4. Websites

Can I use my own domain?

Yes – you can add as many domains to your GenieAI account as you want.

Can it build websites?

Yes – you can create full-featured websites with custom menus along with high-performing and captivating landing pages all within GenieAI using our super-cool ‘drag and drop’ software. You don’t need any coding skills.

Can I customise the web pages with my brand?

Yes. The GenieAI platform includes a website builder where you can create unlimited websites. You can select a template or start from scratch and customize everything using the drag-and-drop interface.

Can I keep my website as it is but use GenieAI for everything else?

Yes, you can. You don’t have to replace or migrate your website to GenieAI if you don’t want to. You can still build Landing Pages on your domain in GenieAI and you can embed Forms and other features into your existing Site with ease.

How many funnels can I have?

There’s no limit. You can create as many funnels as you like.

How many domains can I have?

As many as you need.

Each funnel or landing page you create in GenieAI can be allocated to a domain and these domains can each. be different so in practice, there’s no limit on the number of domains you can have.

Does WordPress integrate with GenieAI?

Yes. You can create and host websites through WordPress with GenieAI. You can also connect existing WordPress sites to the system.

What does it cost to host Wordpress websites in GenieAI?

Nothing. It’s included in your subscription.

So much of what GenieAI provides is unlimited – and that includes unlimited Wordpress website hosting subject only to ‘Reasonable Use’ and that any/all sites hosted are core to your business. It’s another meaningful cost saving for you.

(NB. GenieAI uses Google Cloud to host your Wordpress website).

Are there WordPress plugins?

Yes.

Almost every existing Wordpress plugin works perfectly with GenieAI. The only exceptions are plugins that replicate features that are built in to the system (and are therefore unnecessary) or plugins which risk the security of the platform. Can GenieAI only host Wordpress sites?

Yes – and the hosting of Wordpress websites is INCLUDED in your subscription so there’s nothing more to pay.

Are there any website platforms NOT compatible with GenieAI?

GenieAI works with 99.9% of websites out there. The only 'bump in the road' is if you're trying to integrate your website hosting or email domain and either of those are set-up in Wix or SquareSpace.

Wix and SquareSpace are 'basic' website builders and so don't let you migrate or edit your DNS records to work in ANY exterior platform - including GenieAI.

The best solution is to move your website to a 'proper' / 'professional' website platform which allows you to edit your settings (e.g. you can get an expert on UpWork to move your Wix site to Wordpress for $150).

REMEMBER: GenieAI has a complete Website Builder and 100% FREE hosting - so if you have a simple website, you'd save virtually every cost of running it by moving/building it in GenieAI.

5. Integration

What integrations does GenieAI have?

Importantly, GenieAI connects really easily with Zapier which means you can link pretty much any other software you might use with the system.

Plus, you’ll have your very own API key (if you’re technical enough to know how to use it!!)

What Social Media platforms will it connect to?

It’s easy to connect GenieAI to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Connecting is very easy and can be completed in a click or two.

Once connected you can see stats, schedule posts and pull messages from those platforms through into your Omnichannel Inbox.

GenieAI can connect directly with Facebook, for instance, and pull all your Facebook Ads lead data over onto the GenieAI platform. Then, you can set up a trigger to add the lead contact to your campaign workflows.

For example, if you receive a lead from Facebook, you can create a trigger that automatically sends out an SMS, say, inviting the recipient to book an appointment.

What payment gateways integrate with GenieAI?

For businesses based in the UK, Stripe, PayPal, and NMI integrations are all built into GenieAI.

Businesses located in North America can also use Authorize.net.

For most businesses, Stripe is our recommended solution for taking payments through the system.

Can you create and manage ads from the platform?

No. You can’t create and set up Ads from GenieAI but you can link your Ad accounts so you can see all your Reports on your Dashboard IN the GenieAI system. It’s pretty cool having everything all in one place.

Does GenieAI connect to accounting software?

Yes – there is a QuickBooks integration built in.

You can also connect it to Xero using Zapier.

Does it have a WhatsApp integration?

Yes! At the moment there is an additional fee of £29.99 per month for this connection. But we're hoping to reduce that in the near future.

What is an ‘Omnichannel Inbox’?

6. Migration

Can I import my existing list?

Yes. It’s obviously best practice to clean your list and check for duplicates before importing but once you’re ready it’s pretty straightforward to do.

You’ll export your data from your existing CRM into a CSV file and then import that CSV file into GenieAI.

Does it import all details e.g. notes etc when migrating data?

Yes - you can import whatever fields you require. You’ll just need to make sure that both your export and your import are set up properly and that you assign/map the correct fields in your CSV file to the fields in GenieAI.

Don’t worry, you can create Custom Fields in the system so all your data will have a home.

Can you move websites from other platforms?

Yes - There are 2 ways to move funnels and websites into GenieAI:

  • Import Funnels &/or Websites via a Share link
  • Clone Funnels &/or Websites

Both ways are very straightforward to do providing the site is built on a system/platform that allows it.

If your website is built in Wordpress then it’s very easy to move – and your hosting is included in your GenieAI subscription – so its more cost savings for you!

Can I move to GenieAI from an existing GoHighLevel account and migrate all my stuff?

Yes. Just talk to us and we can help you make this happen.

Can I import an existing funnel that I built in ClickFunnels?

Yes. GenieAI has a unique feature that lets you enter the URL of a funnel step, and it will automatically duplicate all of the elements and add them to your new funnel in GenieAI

Is GenieAI GDPR compliant?

Yes, we are fully compliant with GDPR.

This answer is intended to explain what the rules are, how they apply to your use of the GenieAI platform and the steps we have taken to comply. This is not intended to comprise legal advice.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Regulation (EU) 2016/679, more commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), is an EU regulation aimed at harmonizing data protection laws across the EU.

The EU GDPR is focused on giving individuals more control over how their data is used by companies and making the collection and processing of data more transparent.

The EU GDPR was incorporated directly into UK law following the end of the Brexit transition period, meaning that UK-based businesses and other entities subject to UK law still have to comply with its provisions through the ‘UK GDPR’.

Basic GDPR concepts

Controller and Processor

The GDPR imposes various obligations on a person depending on whether they are a controller or a processor of personal data.

A controller is an entity which decides to process personal data and makes decisions regarding the basis of processing and the methods which will be used. Controllers have certain obligations regarding personal data, which you should familiarize yourself with before collecting personal data from your customers.

A Processor is an entity which processes data for and on behalf of a controller. They make no independent decisions regarding the data or its processing, as they only process it on behalf of the controller and must comply with all instructions given by the controller.

When you use the GenieAI platform you are a controller. You are in control of the data you upload to the platform, what you do with that data, and why. As a result, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a legal basis on which to process the data and that you do not retain the data for any longer than is necessary.

You should ensure that you understand your obligations as a Controller, and update your own systems and policies to allow the lawful transfer of personal data to GenieAI (or any other data processor you may use.)

GenieAI is a data processor. We, through the GoHighLevel platform, store and otherwise process the data you have collected under your instructions. We will never use any personal data which you have uploaded to the system for our own purposes or without your instruction.

Legal basis for processing

Personal data may only be collected and processed if there is a legal basis for doing so. The allowable legal bases are set out in the GDPR.

As a processor, we rely on our customers to select the correct basis under which they will be collecting and processing personal data, and to put the appropriate notices or consents in place. Before you use the platform, you should take time to identify which legal bases may be available to you, and only collect and otherwise process personal data to the extent necessary to carry out that basis. You should not change the basis under which you have collected personal data without very good reason, so it is important to understand the requirements of the different bases and make sure you select the right one at the start.

Data subject access rights

The GDPR grants data subjects (i.e., your customers) certain rights relating to their personal data, including the right to access, correct and/or delete any data relating to them.

We have put in place systems for you to inform us if you receive such a request from a data subject, and for us to inform you if we receive such a request. You should familiarize yourself with the obligations which will be imposed on you, including relating to any personal data you hold on your own systems, or services other than GenieAI.

Data Security

We have put in place security safeguards and measures to help ensure that any personal data we hold is stored securely. We regularly test our products for bugs and vulnerabilities.

We have regular backup systems in place as well as data recovery and data integrity systems and processes to help minimize the risk of corruption or loss of personal data.

Steps we have taken to help ensure GDPR compliance

We take our duties as a processor very seriously. We have put in place a number of procedures and taken a number of steps to help ensure that we comply with the GDPR such as:

  • Our data processing agreement utilizes the Standard Contractual Clauses to provide a mechanism to lawfully send data to the USA.
  • We have tools designed to detect personal breaches and to inform our customers as soon as possible.
  • We are able to deal with subject access requests and rights of erasure requests, and to inform you when a data subject has made such a request to us.
  • We have assessed and documented the personal data processed by us on your behalf.
  • We encrypt personal data at rest and in transit and have implemented other security measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data.

Do I have ownership of any content I create in GenieAI?

Yes. International law protects creators so anything original that you create belongs to you.

You have a non-exclusive licence to use EC-created content within your GenieAI account so long as you remain both a subscriber to GenieAI AND a member of EC.
