A topic matter that’s more relevant than ever at EC! The beginning of March saw another EC Celebrity Masterclass. Our guest speaker, Sir Clive Woodward spent the afternoon speaking with members on how his extensive coaching success in British Rugby and as Director of Sports for Beijing and London Olympics was no strike of luck.
Drawing upon his extensive experience at the top of elite sport, it was made clear that simple ‘team-ship’ measures will improve both your individual and team performance in your business.
Our members learned ‘The DNA of a Champion’ and how you can better coach your team to achieve higher levels of performance as well as how to improve from your set-backs and disappointments and how to handle them in way that makes you better and stronger.

Although the EC Celebrity Masterclass left our heads packed with rewarding ideas and winning insights, no debate was had about how these measures could be implemented in our own businesses. They were simple, but consistently effective.
